The Kitchen of “Il Salotto” Restaurant is based on traditional Italian cuisine and especially of the local one, with attention to both the origin and the quality of the raw material and that seasonality.
In addition to local classics plates such as risotto (especially the “Milanese Yellow Rice”) and meat (like marrowbone and pork chops) we also offer a number of specialties and fish dishes based on mushrooms and truffles.
All our preparations are home made with simplicity and sincerity, trying to focus solely on the taste through the dishes that can be understood and appreciated by all types of customers.
Next to “à la carte” menus we have alternatives of the day at a fixed price, and especially 3 dish menu and 2 complete three-course menu, to try to meet various needs.
